What to include
Helpful messages often include:
- Feedback on the Daily puzzle or on Unlimited mode
- Questions about how the game works
- Bug reports (what you did, what you expected, and what happened)
- Sign-in or account sync problems (Google or email/password)
- Streak or statistics problems, for example a streak that reset unexpectedly
- Requests to delete account data
- Corrections to car data (make, model, year, specs, and so on)
- Feature ideas, privacy, or other inquiries
If you play without an account, streaks and stats live only in your browser, so there is no cloud record to look up. If you are signed in, include the email on the account when you write about sync or deletion. For any stats issue, the most useful extras are the steps to reproduce it, plus your browser and device.
